Prospective Students

I am seeking motivated and self-driven students to work on research at the intersection of machine learning, recommender systems, human-centered applications (e.g., HCI, human factors), cognitive modeling, and interactive technologies (e.g., VR, web apps, simulators).

Undergraduate and master’s students at UD are particularly welcome to get involved in projects related to:

Research opportunities are available for students with relevant backgrounds or interests. While funding may be available, it is not guaranteed. I generally prefer to offer research assistantships to undergraduate or master’s students who have already worked with me on a research project for at least one semester or have collaborated with me through class-based projects.

How to Apply

If you are interested in joining my research group, please send an email that includes the following materials in your message:

  1. Your CV
  2. A copy of your academic transcript
  3. A brief statement outlining your background and research interests

Please note that I may not be able to respond to all emails or provide individual feedback. However, I will contact you if there appears to be a potential fit for collaboration, and we can schedule a meeting to discuss further.
